| | - Integrated management of a registry of articles, containers, production, statistics, operators, tolerance systems, additional tares, sampling plans (linkable to each article) and quality levels.
- Allows carring out statistical analysis based on tables foreseen by the EEC 76/211 law and by those cited in the UNI ISO 2859 norms or on the basis of tables configurable directly by the user.
- Manages n production lines (independent stations), allowing to keep an updated database containing all the data inherent to the articles, the productions, the accepted and unaccepted lots, the operators, and the statistical data of each sampling.
- Predisposed for the connection to CE-M approved scales fitted with an indicator with a fiscal database of the weighs (Aliby Memory), recording and storing the fiscal identification of the weigh with each measurement made.
- Real time management of the sampling process on the scale for the certification of the production.
- Indication of lot end and processing of overall lot "Judgment", with storage of a weighs database on which further evaluations will be made. Printing of the overall lot "Judgment", with the details of the eventual "Acceptance" or "Refusal" of the lot on the basis of the assigned sampling plan, the tolerance system, and the quality level that is to be reached.
- Production advancement control in real time with the help of graphics in regards to the distribution of the samples within the range, and by the detection synoptics.
- Multistation with the possibility for each operator to work independently on each weighing station.
- Possibility of exporting data or databases on the basis of supplied specifications, or importing existing databases of the customer.
- Multilanguage management, with possibility of configuring additional languages directly by the customer.

WINCHECK is the application program for the statistical check in the filling production processes. In respect of the UNI ISO 2859 directives, the program allows executing by a guided statistical control operations on production lots, producing in real time detailed reports of data retrieved by weighing instruments of one or more production lines.
WINCHECK is a versatile program developed with the .net technology and may be perfectly integrated with various types of applications with extreme ease.
The simple and intuitive graphic interface allows the user to have a prompt use of the program.
Configurable for use with the most common scales, weight indicators and labellers available on the market; it may be integrated with a company's computer system and may be easily interfaced with the most widespread Management Software and Database programs (Oracle, SQL, AS400, etc.). | | | FIELDS OF USE |
